The Advice for Eating Mediterranean Diet Reset is a weekly program that provides a meal plan for each day, easy Mediterranean style recipes that are high in protein and fiber along with a grocery list for each week. The goal is to reset your nutrition by consuming a healthy diet full of whole foods. It includes delicious, but easy recipes that our clients love and continue to use long after the reset. The challenge also includes avoiding added sugar and alcohol for the best results. Your dietitian will send daily emails that are informational and motivational as well as give you feedback on your diet records throughout the program to help you personalize your program. The cost is $90 per week.
