The Jumpstart is a 7-14 day program that provides a meal plan, easy recipes and a grocery list for each week. The goal is to jumpstart or reset your nutrition. It includes new, yummy recipes that our clients like and continue to use long after the jumpstart. The challenge also includes avoiding added sugar and no alcohol. You will also receive daily emails from your dietitian that are informational and motivational. The cost is $90 per week.
